 A great tribute to The King! May 04, 2000

As the title says nashville's best session musicians pick on good ole george with oustanding verisons of his biggest hits. George has said in past interviews that the melody is what catchs his ear first--and the songs performed here represent the best of the best. Only thing missing is amarillo by morning. Sit back and enjoy the hits of a master.

It doesnt have any words, its all just music and from what i know the only cd George Strait that has the song check yes or no is in the best hits box... besides this cd, but its only music no words

Love Without End Amen is one of the top 5 Country Songs of all time, in my opinion, and this album is worth it just for that. All my Exs Live in Texas is funny. Maybe some readers don't understand the sounds of words, so I'll repeat some words from Love Without End Amen here: "Let me tell you a secret about a father's love. Daddies don't just love their children every now and then. It's a love without end, Amen." If you don't like those words, try Heavy Metal or Blabber (maybe it's more your style).
